About this apartment rental
This luxury two-bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club with a direct view of an endless sugar white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The sparkling Avalon pool, hot tub, and wading pool are just steps away from the condo. The living room and master bedroom each have a full glass wall with a sliding glass door adjoining the balcony. Your days and nights will be filled with sunshine and moonlight while you enjoy spectacular views dining or lounging on the spacious balcony.
The king master bedroom has a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a double vanity bathroom with a jetted tub with a shower and a walk-in closet. The guest room is equipped with a queen on bottom and a full on top bunk bed (Sleeps 4 in this room) and a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath conveniently located in the hallway near the entry area. The owner has provided an electric grill on the balcony.
The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience.
Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.
As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and charcoal grilling area located at the base of the condo tower. You'll also have access to the resort's on-site dining, shopping, and spa services, including the Clubhouse restaurant, full-service salon and spa, Village shops, and the sports bar & grill.
The owner is a Clubhouse member, which gives guests the option to purchase access to the private Clubhouse amenities on a daily basis. Fees are paid directly at the Clubhouse front desk, and you only pay for the days you choose to use them. Clubhouse amenities include a heated indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and seasonal children's activities.
Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year-round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically, all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.
Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.

The condo was beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the gulf! Our host was wonderful and quick to answer all texts. However, the condo could use some upgrades to make showers more accessible to aging adults. I rated the property a 4 due to cleanliness. All of the dishes and utensils had to be washed before we could use them and most cookware needs to be replaced.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. We found dried food on the eating and cooking utensils, dirty glasses and coffee mugs. There was an area in the kitchen with a dirty mop, and dirty (used) plunger in a trash bag. There is a large dead bug on the floor near the tv and an old bandaid was stuck to a blanket taken from the closet. I ran the spa tub with cleaner and hot water before using it, and so much muck came out it created a ring in the tub. We didn’t use it. Tons of dusty fake plants and decorations. Nice unit, just not clean if that’s important to you. It was for us.
