About this apartment rental
This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. The Beach Club is Alabama's finest beach resort. Located in beautiful Fort Morgan miles away from the crowded beaches but still minutes from shopping and restaurants in Gulf Shores. The Beach Club is a community to itself. There is of course the fabulous white sand beaches, European spa, fitness center, 3 restaurants on site, tennis courts and five outdoor pools and hot tubs and one indoor pool.
THE BEDDING ARRANGEMENT IS NOW KING/KING/QUEEN. Avalon 1108 is located on the 11th floor and has a direct view of the beautiful sandy white beach and amazing Gulf of Mexico from a very large balcony, living/dining room and master bedroom. Each bedroom adjoins a private bath, plus there is a hallway 'powder room' for everyone's convenience. Owner has provided a brand new stove, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer and electric grill on the balcony. The master shower and guest tubs are equipped with "Pull Bars" to assist in getting out of the tub with ease.
The condo is ready for your arrival and is stocked with a one day supply of products/toiletries. The beds are made with crisp white linens, plus a set for the sleeper sofa. There is an ample supply of bath linens. Just bring your beach towels, food and products. There is a washer/dryer in the condo, so no need to pack a lot!
The kitchen has full size appliances including a dishwasher plus a blender, toaster, can opener, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishware, utensils, and cookware.
Bedding arrangement is King Master, King Guest, Queen Guest. All privately adjoin a full bath and has a TV. The master bedroom and the living room adjoin the balcony with a direct Gulf View!
The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so you will have access to all of the amenities with a daily fee. Depending on the days used it is approximately a total of $45 per day for the entire party. This fee is paid in person at The Club Desk only for the days you choose.

Fantastic unit - we absolutely loved the patio and view. The decor was very well done. Well appointed kitchen. If I have one small piece of constructive feedback to offer, it is to organize and clean out the beach gear closet. Grateful to have it, but it was a mess and hard to get to anything. We will be requesting this until when we come back!

Hi,
We rented a condo at the Beach Club Avalon in fort Morgan the condo number was a-1108. We have been here since the Aug 15th-22nd, on our first night here we noticed the dryer wasn’t drying, there was mold around the kitchen sink, The dishwasher had mold everywhere inside of it, mold in the master bathroom were the jets are for the jacuzzi tub. We contact the cleaning service and maintenance. They fixed all of those things except for the mold around the sink because it needs to be replaced the caulk does. They put a cleaning tab in the dishwasher but it didn’t clean it. So we had to scrub the dishwasher with a toothbrush to get it cleaned. This is not worth the money we paid to stay here, especially with the Covid going on. The cleaning service is not doing a good job. I wanted to let you know this to give you a chance to make this right before we give a bad review.
Our stay was nice and pretty, jellyfish were bad. The only bad part was the issues listed above.
