The Beach Club - Bristol 1002 is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath luxury condo on the 10th floor with a balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Bristol Tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo,, with no additional fees, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court and may patron the fine casual dining restaurant at the clubhouse with a full bar & Gulf View or indulge in a massage at the salon & spa at the clubhouse and patron the sports bar and grill, souvenir & beach attire, ice cream & coffee bar near the entrance of the resort. You may choose to indulge and enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities: A state of the art fitness center, game room with free games, and elegant indoor pool with Gulf Views, adjoining luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill and access to seven Rubicon clay tennis courts, tennis coach and children's activities! Beach loungers with umbrella, para-sailing and other beach activities are available seasonally. Please see below for more details.
B1002 has a furnished balcony for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The sofa converts to a bed. The fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances 12-cup Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, Electric Skillet, Blender and granite counters is ready for all your meal preparation. The king master bedroom adjoins the balcony and has a private bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and adjoin a private full bath. Washer and dryer in pantry closet off the kitchen.
The beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.
The owner is a member of the clubhouse, so with a daily fee, you and your entire party may enjoy the private amenities, which includes a fitness center & indoor pool with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities and access to the tennis courts! The fee is per day which covers everyone in your party, ut is based on the number of days used. This fee is paid in person at the club desk. Without this fee, you still have access to the four pools with hot tubs at no additional costs.
Two loungers and an umbrella rental is available for an additional cost per day, at this time, but the clubhouse sets the rates. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits. Some dining options and activities are only offered seasonally.

Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

Very nice and clean. Front door lock is sorta messed up. Hard to lock. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo.

Overall, the condo was nice. The furniture in the living needs to be replaced. That’s why I gave it a 4/5.

Oh my . The view was awesome,the room was very clean and the elevators were fast. Now the bad stuff. I was totally mis informed that this was in a high rise. I thought i was renting a cottage. Pam, our agent, didnt mention this. The building was having repairs done with alot of noise. Pam didnt mention that either. The room is very dated with furniture from the 70's maybe. The microwave didnt work, 3 outlets in the bedroom sparked when i plugged in my charger, one in the living room did the same. The front door lock has alot if issues As it may or may not lock. Pam would not respond t messages after we arrived. I guess she got our money and blew us off. So i would not stay with this property again.. there are better places down the beach. See about other real estate managers who actually will offer alittle more information. Oh let me mention the twin beds are in a dark room that i wouldnt recommend for anyone. Thus room cost over a grand for 3 nights. What a rip off.
