The owner of this condo is a member of the Club, so you may enjoy the Clubhouse's Private Amenities with a daily fee. The living room adjoins a large furnished balcony with a "High Rise" view! The sofa opens to a bed and sleeps 2. The kitchen appliances are full size and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The utility room has a stack washer/dryer for your convenience! The King Master Bedroom adjoins the balcony as well with a fantastic view of the Gulf! The adjoining double vanity master bath is equipped with a large newly renovated walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The Guest Room privately adjoins a full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath located near the entry door and is convenient for all! The beds are made with white linen and a set is provided for the sofa sleeper. Bath linen is supplied for the bathrooms. There is enough detergents and toiletries sufficient for one night. Please bring beach towels, toilet tissue and other disposable supplies.



Additionally, you may rent loungers at the beach and pay for parasailing and other activities seasonally, however, you may bring your own beach chairs and canopies which are to be placed in designated areas.





Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.
