About this apartment rental
This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 307 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Besides a cheerful decor, the kitchen and baths in Ocean One 307 have been recently renovated with sparkling white appliances and cabinetry.

Enjoyable stay, yes I would return possibly, needs updates, air conditioner cooled great! Washing machine issue, maintenance came right away. Washing machine did it again though.

The condo was great--very clean upon arrival, everything was in working order, no unpleasant issues. The pool was sparkling clean. It has a very nice bonfire setup, great grills, absolutely beautiful view. The only drawback (and it's not this property's problem) is the hotel (?) next door has a pavilion that has live music almost every night from 5-10pm. If you're looking for a quiet evening on the balcony, that's not going to happen. But if that's your jam, it's a free ticket! Would recommend this property and will definitely return.

We have stayed in a few of the Villas at Ocean One. This was the worst villa yet. If this had been our first time, I'm not sure we would be back.
