With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 409 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. 4th floor oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleep sofaAfter hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

We have been renting through Seashore Vacations for over 25 years and the experience, the helpfulness and care has been the best. Any questions answered, any help needed, they do not hesitate. The condos we have rented have been clean and maintenance always taken care of through Seashore Vacations. We will continued to book our condo through them for years to come!

Location is great. The condo had good and bad things The granite counter tops in the kitchen were nice. The mattresses were very worn down. I slept on the couch. The curtins in the living room were black out. Those in the master were not.
