About this apartment rental
Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 106 enjoy a landscape view but won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished property has a recently renovated kitchen with sparkling white appliances & cabinetry, and granite countertops. King beds in the master bedroom and bedroom 2, two queens in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. We were very surprised when we got there that the washer was not working (we were notified that a new one would be delivered on Monday) it arrived Monday afternoon. The shower in one of the bedrooms was broken (the handle you activate the shower with and stopper for tub was messed up. The pans that were available to use were all scratched up no large cookie sheet, no scissors. Not stocked with the necessities needed to cook a meal. Other than those items we had a great vacation. The rental office did keep us up to date on the washer delivery and the plumbing repairs. The plumber was supposed to to bring back a stopper for tub but never came back.

Great week at Hilton Head. The condo was wonderful. Would recommend Ocean One As a wonderful place to stay.
