Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 106 enjoy a landscape view but won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished property has a recently renovated kitchen with sparkling white appliances & cabinetry, and granite countertops. King beds in the master bedroom and bedroom 2, two queens in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. Great location. Amenities in excellent condition. Filled with everything you need in the kitchen. Appliances work well. Pool area, fire pits, and outdoor grills in good condition. Easy, accessible beach entrance. Walkable to Coligny stores and restaurants. I hope to be back again next year.

Great location, condo was very roomy and we felt right at home. The access to the pool and beach were fantastic. Would stay again for sure!
