Ocean One 102 - Beachside Ground Floor Condo

Good location to shops and restaurants in Coligny. Pool was great but no small kids pool. Room could have been cleaner (carpeted area needed cleaned) the unit needed some maintenance on doors that didn’t lock and a dishwasher that was very rusted inside could use updates with furniture and mattresses.

Exactly as described online, great space and we will definitely be back. On the beach in the perfect location for us. My only thing was one of the King bedrooms had a hint of dog smell and we found a couple pet toys on the floor under one of the night stands which made me wonder if the room had been vacuumed from a previous stay. Other than that it was perfect and we had a wonderful time. Great communication with answering questions we had. Thank you!

Seashore vacations was an excellent property management company. Extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with/ highly recommended.Condo layout was good, place very old, and out dated. Location was awesome, amenities were great, pool was heated and awesome, beach right there, and a 5 minute walk to the circle. Very family friendly, wish I could have brought my dog. We had a great time.

This was our 2nd time staying here. I don’t think it has been touched in the 2 years since we were last here. The place is clean on the surfaces the cleaning crews clean but it needs a deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty. The pantry needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen cabinets need to be cleared out of all the clutter that has accumulated over the years. It looks as if someone lived in it full time or visited frequently but then moved out and left a bunch of things behind and never came back. The tv screen in the living room is going out and even though it’s a smart tv, it’s so old it doesn’t pick up the wifi. We had to connect a laptop via hdmi to watch anything. It’s also frustrating that all of the house instructions are texted to one person’s phone by the realty company and not available in the vrbo app. When some of us went to the beach while the others went golfing, we hadn’t noticed that there was a gate code so couldn’t get in the locked gate because the one person who had the text with the code was on the golf course and we couldn’t retrieve the code from the vrbo app. Luckily the realty company was available by phone to give us the code. The condo is in the perfect location so it’s disappointing that the unit appears to be so neglected.
