About this villa rental
Get a true taste of island living in this spacious 2 floor villa in the heart of all the action! Perfect for families or groups of friends, the interior boasts a first-floor open layout that will allow everyone to spread out and find their own piece of paradise.
Park in our underground garage and take the elevator to the 4th floor to enjoy this penthouse villa, which is 1,650 square feet on two floors. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their beach vacation.
What's nearby:
This location could not be any better when it comes to Hilton Head Island. Walk across the street to Coligny Beach and the popular Tiki Hut with live music every day. Coligny Plaza, the hub for great restaurants, shops, and beach activities, is also within a short walking distance, so you won't have to venture far to get your fill of island excitement. You are also steps away the newly remodeled Lowcountry Celebration Park which has a large kids playground and outdoor events all year round. Hilton Head is known for its golf courses so bring along your clubs!
If you feel like exploring the island a bit more, rent a bike and cruise along the beach or on one of the 60 bike paths that span Hilton Head. Then drive 10 minutes to Harbour Town to check out the candy-striped lighthouse, sunset cruises and other attractions
When you return to the villa, the living room will be just the place to relax and kick back and watch a movie on the mounted flatscreen TV.
Not to mention, the fully equipped kitchen will be ready to assist in meal prep, and the dining table will let everyone gather for dinner each evening.

Perfect location, awesome patio, super clean and well kept. Vince maintained constant communication and was very concerned about our trip experience.Very short walk to the beach! We went every single day.Love it so much!!!
