About this villa rental
Get a true taste of island living in this spacious 2 floor villa in the heart of all the action! Perfect for families or groups of friends, the interior boasts a first-floor open layout that will allow everyone to spread out and find their own piece of paradise.
Park in our underground garage and take the elevator to the 4th floor to enjoy this penthouse villa, which is 1,650 square feet on two floors. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their beach vacation.
What's nearby:
This location could not be any better when it comes to Hilton Head Island. Walk across the street to Coligny Beach and the popular Tiki Hut with live music every day. Coligny Plaza, the hub for great restaurants, shops, and beach activities, is also within a short walking distance, so you won't have to venture far to get your fill of island excitement. You are also steps away the newly remodeled Lowcountry Celebration Park which has a large kids playground and outdoor events all year round. Hilton Head is known for its golf courses so bring along your clubs!
If you feel like exploring the island a bit more, rent a bike and cruise along the beach or on one of the 60 bike paths that span Hilton Head. Then drive 10 minutes to Harbour Town to check out the candy-striped lighthouse, sunset cruises and other attractions
When you return to the villa, the living room will be just the place to relax and kick back and watch a movie on the mounted flatscreen TV.

Location, location, location! We loved staying so close to the beach. Easily accessible sidewalks and a crosswalk to get you safely to Coligny Beach in 5-8 min walk. Beds were comfortable, many of the small items like soap, shampoo, hand soap, etc included to make stay more enjoyable. Host answered any and all questions thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. It is 3 bedrooms but we loved that the third bedroom had TWO twin-over-full bunk beds for a family with two kids. The location is easily walkable to many restaurants and the beach. The pool on the property was small but clean and felt great to jump in to cool off. We had great dinners at Bootleggers and Catch 23. A great brunch spot is Lost Dog Cafe. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay on Folly Beach.

We had an amazing stay here! Vince, was super quick to respond and accommodating! He purchased a cooler when we asked if the property had one. The kitchen is super well stocked for cooking meals at home, plenty of towels for bathrooms and beach, amazing beach chairs, toys, and a wagon for hauling it to the beach. The property was easy to navigate and a super quick walk to coligny plaza and short drive to sea pines. It was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Overall the property is really nice, great location. Have beach chairs, buggy and cooler which is great to have. Only suggestion is time for a good deep clean.
