About this apartment rental
Ocean One 120 remodeled the kitchen, with new cabinets, granite counters, and Black Stainless top of the line appliances. New Living room Sofa/Love Seat & Chair. King bed in the master bedroom, a queen and double in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 120 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

The property manager was very helpful.

We had a great time in this apartment. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean. The floors haven't been wiped, because every time we dare to walk bare foot it would feel sticky or our feet will be black. There were appliances in the kitchen that weren't clean. And I mean there was a pan with grease on it and the slow cooker as well. I think the apartment needs a deeper clean of cupboards and drawers.The communication was great.
