New Listing, updated luxury 2 BR condo sleeps 8 People with King, Queen, Bunk Beds and Fold out couch. Nice luxury updated kitchen with updated bathrooms, nice furniture and flat screen TVs. Shorewood 133 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in the Forest Beach area that offers nice views of the ocean. Not pet Friendly property. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 133 Shorewood Villas is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

The living room offers access to a private balcony that offers distant views of the ocean. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped, while the dining room has seating for six. Extra amenities include free wireless internet and a private washer/dryer. You can even park under the building, so condo is really on second floor.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, private bathroom and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and Bunk beds and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping options. Living room has 65 inch smart TV with updated furniture. GREAT views!!
Shorewood is a beautiful, oceanfront complex that is located in South Forest Beach. This complex offers an oceanfront, complex pool and children’s pool. There is a hot tub outside beside the community pool. The pool is heated March and April as well as October and November. Guests are also a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza, which offers shopping, dining and entertainment.

This picture does not give the view justice. The view was much better than we had anticipated and included the ocean! We could see the views from the living room and main bedroom. The main bathroom shower is fantastic! The bedroom with the three beds is perfect for kids or teens. The location is fantastic! You are in walking distance to a ton of restaurants, and shops!My only recommendations is to add blackout curtains in the main bedroom. The light from the pool is very bright at night and the morning light brightens the room prior to 6am! I brought a sleep mask so it was okay, but my hubby was up bright and early every morning.The only other consideration I would make is upgrading the main bedrooms mattress. Those two upgrades would make this place over the moon! We had a great week and would stay here again!

This is a great property, convenient to everything. However, it was not cleaned well upon arrival. If they can get this fixed it’s a 5 star property for sure!
