This 3rd floor oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 307 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Enjoyable stay, yes I would return possibly, needs updates, air conditioner cooled great! Washing machine issue, maintenance came right away. Washing machine did it again though.

My daughters and I take a ‘girls vacation’ annually and chose HHI as our destination this year. We really lucked out with Ocean One and Seashore Vacations! Our unit was perfect and the facility location was crazy convenient to shopping, dining, and coffee :) We even enjoyed live music nightly from our balcony! Our only negative was no basics in the kitchen, salt, pepper, etc. Everything else perfect!! Beach chairs, umbrella, sand bucket. Thank you!
