This modern, newly renovated apartment is located in the Giudecca district, south of the historic center of Venice, which is reachable within 3 minutes by vaporetto. The area is quiet and residential, with few tourists. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and is spread over two levels. It enjoys a wonderful view of the Giudecca canal and has a contemporary design, while maintaining classic elements such as beamed ceilings and parquet that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the lower floor there is a comfortable lounge with sofa bed for two, dining area and kitchenette; a double room with two single beds and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom with a third single bed and an ensuite bathroom. This apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy a peaceful stay, away from the chaotic rhythm of the city but reach the center quickly and easily.

We stayed two nights and loved this apartment, great location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but within a two minute walk to the nearest water taxi. The communication with the host was great and keys left in a lockbox on the door. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there seemed to be everything you would need if you wanted to. Would recommend and stay again.

Great view and convenient location away from the tourist traps near San Marco. Senore Federico was very responsive. If you want the amenities of the Hilton Stucky you can stay there but at this price point, there is probably not a better option in all of Venice.

The host welcomed us at the ferry terminal and gave us clear directions on how to get to the air bnb from the train station. The apartment felt very safe. The view from the window is amazing to wake up too with the water - just like the photos. The host gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped on any questions we had which made our stay in Venice perfect. As we had a late flight we were also able to leave our luggage there during the day which was a massive help as it meant we didn’t have to carry our bags around for the day. The area is much more quiet than the main island but highly recommend as it’s only a 10-15 min ferry to the square. Highly recommend to stay here.
