This well-kept accommodation for holiday guests as well as fitters and business travellers has 10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a small terrace. The holiday home offers just under 220 m² of space for up to 22 guests. The holiday home is located in the historic town centre of the Eifel town of Neuerburg (Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm) in the Felsenland Südeifel.

This accommodation is the ideal choice for holidaymakers, craftsmen and assembly groups looking for spacious and practical accommodation.

The townhouse can be divided into 2 accommodation units, with each unit having a separate living area with its own entrance. The whole house can be rented directly - then the intermediate doors open and up to 22 people can spend a wonderful time together in Neuerburg.

There is a choice of single, double, triple and quadruple rooms:

Lehnshaus ground floor: single and pull-out bed (90x200cm each)
St. Nikolaus ground floor: Catamaran bed (90x200cm & 140x200cm), 2x single bed (90x200cm)
Living room ground floor: sofa bed (90x200cm)
Eligius 1 upper floor: 2x single beds (90x200cm each)
Schwarzbildchen 1 upper floor: single bed (3x 90x200cm)
Glockenturm 1 upper floor: bunk bed (2x 90x200cm)
Neuerburg Castle attic: 3x single beds (90x200cm each)
Cross Chapel attic: bunk bed (2x 90x200cm), single bed (90x200cm)
Enz waterfall attic: single bed (90x200cm)
Aqua Fun DG: single bed (80x200cm)

There is a small terrace in front of the house - with a view of the church square and the church of St Nicholas. It is not possible to park directly in front of the house, but parking spaces are available nearby on the roadside.

An additional €1.00 per person and night will be charged as a guest contribution by the town of Neuerburg. For children/young people from the age of 10 up to the age of 16 € 0.50 per night. Fitters and children/young people up to the age of 10 are exempt from paying the guest contribution
