We rented this house for one night and the house was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway with friends. Good size house and a great location! The owner was quick to respond to questions we had and allowed us to check-in early. Would highly recommend this property!

House was ok. AC was locked out at 72. Lights in bedroom ceilings didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t turn on either. Neighborhood was just ok - not close to any decent restaurants or downtown

We stayed with 23 women in Herrenhaus in Hellenthal. The location was perfect. the house is big, but not big enough for 23 women. Some beds were simply matrasses on the floor and no proper beds. No separate toilets and only 2 bathrooms. We had to pay per person and it felt a bit that they wanted to get the most out of our stay (concerning money). The caretaker (owner?) was so kind to open a separate house for us with some extra beds and 1 extra bathroom. For the money we paid we had expected much more. This was like a youth hostel! We had to pay an extra EUR 150 for the hottub and sauna. The hottub didn't get warm, so we never used it. Wit a little bit more effort from the people who take care of this house they could have made it a perfect stay. Now we felt as if we had paid too much for too little luxury.

It was a nice house with lots of good features: a hot tub and a sauna. The rest of the fascilities were also good
