Eifel holiday home for 27 guests - for family celebrations or family friends

The holiday home in Felsenland Südeifel has a total living space of over 360 m² and nine bedrooms. There are over 27 beds in total.

This is a private, comfortable, natural holiday home in the South Eifel Nature Park, which is detached with a terrace and garden furniture. The house is perfect for families with children. The house is located in the beautiful Enz Valley in the Neuerburger Land, directly on the Enz Valley cycle path and close to numerous hiking trails.

The holiday home has been completely renovated and significantly extended in recent years. It offers 360 m² of space for a holiday with the family or a couple of friends, as the living space is divided into four living areas. This means that every guest can relax to their own taste and still have the opportunity to do things together with others.

The house consists of a main house, side wing, attic and guest room. There are a total of nine bedrooms with different sleeping arrangements throughout the holiday home. There are also four kitchen areas, three living areas, five bathrooms as well as a large dining area and a very large guest area with seating for all guests of the house.

The 27 beds in 9 bedrooms are divided into 3 double rooms, 4 triple rooms, 1 quadruple room and 1 dormitory with 6 beds.

The holiday home is perfect for all kinds of events, whether family celebrations, business trips or individual relaxing holidays with the family or travel groups.

There are also several terraces outside where you can eat al fresco or simply enjoy the fresh air. Garden furniture is of course also included. There is also a large brick barbecue. And of course there is also a private car park around the house.

Please note that the holiday home is located near three other holiday homes. We therefore ask you to adjust the volume in the evening to the time of day and to keep a quiet night outside from 11.00 pm. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together.

We ask for your understanding that unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25) cannot book this holiday home, as it is a holiday home and not a youth hostel or hostel. Out of consideration for the neighbourhood, stag parties and so-called drinking parties are not permitted. Please book other accommodation for such occasions.

Just 2 km away - easily accessible by bike, scooter or on foot along the former railway line - is the fantastic Aqua-Fun Neuerburg leisure and adventure pool. There are shops within a radius of three kilometres.
