About this house rental
The EifelNatur holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar.
The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive property around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around.
A mountain bike route passes by in the immediate vicinity, the Maare-Mosel bike path is only about 4 km away. All around there are numerous paths for hiking or walking.
The house consists of 3 apartments (EifelNatur4, EifelNatur 5 and EifelNatur 6) and offers a total of 360 sqm on 2 ½ floors.
There are 9 bedrooms with 22 beds, 6 bathrooms mostly with showers and one with a bathtub.
Of the 3 living rooms, there is a very spacious living room on the upper floor with a large open kitchen and seating at the table for 22 people as a lounge for dining and together.
The terraces or the balcony with barbecue and garden seating invite you to linger and enjoy.
On the common terrace behind the house and the extensive grounds around the house there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing and slide, a climbing root and seating.
