Fun & Fabulous location! First floor condo located on golf course, 5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to SC. Comfortable, stylish and very well stocked condo! Love to cook, read, watch movies, drink coffee we got you covered!
Sea Trail Plantation is a residential community located in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. Sunset Beach Park (0.8 miles), Sunset Beach Seashore (1.9 miles), Sunset Beach Fishing Pier (1.9 miles), Bald Beach (2.0 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (5.5 miles), Myrtle Beach (32.1 miles), Southport - ferry rides (36.1 miles)
Three distinct golf courses, designed by Rees Jones, Willard Byrd, and Dan Maples, are accompanied by two clubhouses, putting greens, a driving range, and a golf learning center. The community’s numerous recreational offerings include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, walking and biking trails, tennis & pickleball courts, fishing ponds, and scheduled activities for all interests.

Spaces will be first come, first served. Three Outdoor pool (unheated, depth 3' - 6'), indoor pool (heated), hot tub, picnic area, on-site restaurant. The pools and other amenities are open seasonally.
Condo amenities include Smart TVs, retro record player with a selection of old vinyl records, Polaroid camera, poker chips & cards, games for all ages, dining table that seats 6, awesome ceiling fans and a comfy leather couch!
Fully equipped kitchen, bar seating, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, milkshake maker, toaster, Crockpot, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, Ecostar Wheat Straw dinnerware for kids, wine & champagne glasses, bonus kitchenette w/ microwave & Keurig coffee maker in mini suite.
Free WiFi (high speed), central heating & air conditioning, washer & dryer, linens & towels, robes, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, keyless entry.
Community parking lot (7 vehicles, first-come, first-served), additional overflow parking available. Trailers are not permitted.
There is something for everyone! Ingram Planetarium (1.4 miles), Kindred Spirit Mailbox (2.4 miles) is must. We have a book in the condo telling the story, Bird Island Reserve (2.5 miles), Museum of Coastal Carolina (5.6 miles), The Swamp Park - Zip Line and ATV Park (6.9 miles), Alligator Adventure (17.9 miles), Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach (30.6 miles), Broadway at The Beach (31.4 miles) and so much more!
If shopping is more your thing there are plenty of places to explore. The Village at Sunset Beach (1.7 miles), Pelican Square Shopping Center (1.8 miles), Coastal North Town Center (12.8 miles), Callahan’s of Calabash (5.5 miles), The Cottages in Calabash (5.8 miles) have several little stores to explore. If you want to go a little further the Tanger Outlets (33.2 miles) are right over in Myrtle Beach SC. It is an easy drive to enjoy some great shopping!
Though we have a fully stocked kitchen in the condo it is always fun to go out and explore new restaurants. We will share some of our favorites in the condo on our interactive Guestview. We can also help arrange to have a cocktail hour set up with wine & charcutier or have a private chef come in to a cook a full meal.

I'm reluctant to leave a great review, because I don't want others to book this gem out from under me (lol), but this property and the owners deserve it. You can tell much effort has gone into decorating this beautiful place and preparing it for happy guests. The older I get, the more I care about cleanliness and convenience, and those are the two words I would use to describe this property: clean and convenient. We will 100% stay here again!

The property was amazing. It had all amenities and the check in process was very easy. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extra supplies.

This condo was by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at! The accommodations were beautiful and well kept, and the hosts thought of everything that you could possibly need for your stay. All you need is whatever food you want and you’re all set. The location is close to everything. We would absolutely stay at this condo again. Thanks for offering your place for us to enjoy! What a wonderful week!

This property was not only beautiful and clean but also well equipped with everything we needed plus some. They thought of the little extras in case we had forgotten to bring it like a toothbrush and toothpaste. I would definitely recommend this unit! The hosts communicated with us but we had no issues or concerns to discuss. It’s a great location with a lovely view of the golf course and a very short drive to the beach. They even provide you with a parking pass. Enjoy your stay. We sure did!❤️
