Reserve this newly remodeled condo in the River Creek II community of Sea Trail for a truly memorable experience! This fairway condo is on second level with panoramic golf course and water views overlooking Sea Trail Maples Golf Course and located ONLY 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is an unspoiled barrier island with fine white sand and a wildlife sanctuary (Bird Island) on the west end. The condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a relaxing vacation in a resort setting.
The condo has plank wood-grain flooring throughout providing a warm coastal-casual aesthetic. The vast common area has a spacious layout with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen features all new stainless appliances and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, serve ware and cookware making meal prep a breeze. The adjacent dining area has four chairs and a table with additional dining space at the raised kitchen bar. The living room has a new comfortable sofa and leather chair for relaxing after a round of golf or day at the beach. Enjoy the large screen television and DVD player to watch your favorite shows, sporting events and movies. From the living room area of the condo sliding glass doors open to a large newly painted screened porch with updated deck furniture and outdoor carpet. Owner responded quickly to questions. Property as described. Only issue is that there was a loud droning sound (from either the fridge or the heating, not sure which) that made it so you had to turn the tv up pretty loud to hear it. Other than that, everything was great.

Very quiet location for resting and relaxation. However, everything close by eating shopping and the beach is so closeThe condo was very clean. Furniture was comfortable bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for me but everything else was excellent. Will definitely stay here again and recommended.

The unit is spacious but needs some loving care. The biggest complaint was the tub and sink were not draining in the bathroom so had to take a shower with tub full of water. It took the tub to drain 2 hours or more so this has been an issue for some time. The walls were dirty in bathroom along with both tub and sink not draining. I had to ask the question the cleaning people should have caught the issues which makes me question the cleaning of this unit. My first experience with this type of rental not inpressed.
