Experience dealing with Tara was amazing and communication was top notch . Only reason a 4 star was the exterior of the building was gross , all the outdoor windows were full of Cobb webs which the HOA should be doing and looked as though it was not done for a very long time . The bathroom in the main area is very outdated in reference to the toilet and I understand the owners probably don’t want to replace because they are selling the unit . All in all great week with family

Such a well decorated and appointed Condo. Everything needed for a wonderful stay. Great location overlooking #1 tee on Maples course. The screen porch is a favorite hangout for us during our stay. Owner is a delight to work with.

Everything about this stay was good enough to make me want to return. The owner was very responsive and proactive in telling us to expect a boarded-up storm damaged window that hadn't been repaired yet. Was no problem for us. Location was a big plus for us as we had family staying on the island at Sunset Beach, which was only 7 minutes away door-to-door. Being on the golf course with nice view and being on the top floor was nice, too. Beds and indoor furniture were comfortable (didn't try outdoor furniture, but it didn't look too comfortable and it was hot so we just stayed inside). Community rec areas, pools were nice. Reasons I didn't give it a 5-star rating: no rugs anywhere, so no where to wipe your feet; only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 small garbage bags...a pet peeve of mine when owners skimp in these areas; dryer's high heat timer didn't work, so clothes dried all night (6 hrs.), meaning we're lucky we didn't burn the place down. Yikes. But I imagine the owner probably didn't know about that, and will probably get that fixed quickly (but do ask before you stay there). Overall, well worth the money and as stated earlier, I'd definitely rent it again!
