The condo is pet friendly (small dogs under 35 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee per pet and up to 2 dogs allowed. The floor plan features adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas with two large sets of sliding glass doors and large windows to enjoy a scenic view of the golf course and property grounds. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the dining area has a table for four with a raised bar offering additional seating for four. An outdoor patio accessible from the living room area is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing after a day on the beach or the golf course. Watch golfers test their putting skills on the green and observe the native coastal wildlife. The condo has wireless Internet and three televisions (streaming service only using your own accounts/Guest Mode) with a DVD player in the living room for entertainment value. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen beds and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The front bedroom also has 2 Queen beds and private bath with tub/shower enclosure. The front bedroom has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air along with a large ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. A front laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious, had everything we need and was close to everything. We’d definitely stay here again!

Living room rug needed cleaning. Unit had everything you needed. Great location to beach and diners. Management company great to work with. Look forward to renting the unit again in the future.

Overall the condo was decorated very modern and was cute. The bathrooms yes, are very dated but the kitchen was more modern. Bedrooms were nice as well, mattresses in master were very firm but hey that happens in many places. It was so nice to be on ground floor. I will say the reviews about the cleaning and the insects are true. They aren't roaches however, they are water bugs since it is near a pond, but there were some dead in living room and bathrooms which if it was truly cleaned before we arrived, they wouldn't have been there dead. So that bothered me. The other thing is that, like others, the management company tried to change our check out to 9am which is insane! I pointed out my contract said 10am and that it will be that time. They agreed to it but said they couldn't confirm I could check in at the agreed upon time of 4pm it could be 5pm. That is insane, I was paying for literally an evening. They said I would be notified when it was ready. So I went at 5:00pm to get the pool key and the management firm said that it had already been cleaned for "awhile". I could have checked in an hour sooner and I told them I wasn't ever told. I know that staff is scarce with vendors but at least be sure to tell people they can check in at the time on the contract.
