The condo is ideally located with close access to area golf courses and the beach at lovely Sunset Beach. The open concept living, kitchen and dining areas combine for a spacious space to enjoy time with family and friends. Enjoy preparing meals together or just having a relaxing night watching television. The condo has central heat & air and overhead ceiling fans throughout for comfort in any season.
The living room has a large Smart TV for streaming (guests must use own streaming services) and sliding doors that open to a back patio with private views of the interior courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware, serve ware and all standard appliances for convenient meal preparation. The dining table seats six and there is a raised breakfast bar with additional seating space.
The condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has a King bed, Smart TV and spacious private bath with walk-in shower. The second front bedroom has a King bed/Smart TV, and a third front bedroom has two Long Twin beds. A shared hallway bath is available for the two front bedrooms and common area which has a shower/tub enclosure and single sink. There is a full-sized washer/dryer closet located in the entry hall.
