Come enjoy this lovely 2 bedroom/2 full bath ground level condo located in the The Colony II golf community with views overlooking the newly landscaped greenspace courtyard. The condo has recently been updated with new wood flooring, paint, and stainless appliances in kitchen. There are three 50" wall mounted TVs The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Keurig, blender, toaster, Belgium waffle maker, crockpot, pots/pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. Dining area has seating for 6 with 4 at the dining table and 2 barstools at the raised bar area. Condo offers YouTube TV and Peacock, as well you can sign in to any of your streaming needs. Fiber optic high speed WIFI for entertainment enjoyment. Condo features an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living room areas. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds with private bathrooms, both equipped with hair dryers.
Central heating and air and laundry area has stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy the outdoors with two sets of new sliding glass doors that open to a wrap-around patio for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and numerous sea birds that visit the area.
There are games, cards, puzzles, board games, crosswords and cornhole game for outdoors, along with accessory pillows and lights.
Sheets and towels are provided. Please bring beach towels, they are not provided. Soap is not provided. Other than starter rolls of toilet paper and hand soap, we do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms.
The kitchen has a starter roll of paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher detergent and new washer and dryer provided with laundry tabs. The guest is responsible for replenishing these if they run out.
Located 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach Island and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses. This area offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach/fishing vacation experience. Guests also have access to the community outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room.

Our goal in visiting Sunset Beach was to visit natural areas such as wetlands and salt marshes to find birds, butterflies and animals and take photos. This condo was a perfect staging place--between Calabash and Sunset Beach. We appreciated the cleanliness and the layout, and Vicky was very easy to communicate with. All the kitchen essentials were present.We were so busy enjoying the area that we may be the only people who ever stayed here who never turned on any of the three TVs! We would definitely want to stay here again when we return to Sunset Beach and the Brunswick Islands.

Our family traveled to the area for an 11u baseball tournament over the weekend. Leading up to our arrival, the host was very responsive and helpful. We arrived Friday around dinner time and were amazed at how clean and nice the space was! The kids continued to talk about how awesome the place was. We didn't spend a lot of time there on Saturday because of baseball games and a team party and then we ended up checking out Sunday morning. Our time spent there though felt like home and was very comfortable. When we come back to the area, I will definitely consider staying here again! Definitely 5 out of 5 experience!

Vicky and Tony's Sunset Beach condo was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO photos. (No illusions here!) The first floor end unit with split floor plan was extremely clean and well kept. The positive difference was in the details, and it's clear that they take pride in their rental and in guests' comfort. For example the supplied bath towels are of high quality and things you might be looking for are clearly and methodically labeled. If you are a coffee lover, the condo will be your paradise as there are multiple coffee makers and related supplies. The kitchen has lots of smaller appliances in addition to the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. If you enjoy cooking, you will have all of the supplies you need. (If you prefer to eat out, you are also well located.) Furniture and appliances are up-to-date. Window shades created a dark environment that made sleeping later possible. As an allergy sufferer, I especially loved that the floor's surfaces are all hard (rather than carpeted). Having a washer and dryer in the unit means that there is less dirty laundry to take back home to worry about later! Closet areas provide adequate storage space for longer term stays.The weather was unfortunately not quite as perfect as usual so having the three 50" televisions as well as board games was a particular treat. Wifi worked well. As we needed both on various days I can vouch that the heat and air units work without problem. On the better weather days the pool (at the opposite end of the green area) was well kept and never crowded. In addition to the outdoor pool there is an indoor pool as well as hot tub available for use.The unit's location is close to parking areas meaning that moving items in and out (checking in/out) is a breeze (through either the front or patio entrance). The drive to the edge of Calabash is about a mile away. The South Carolina state line is roughly 5-7 minutes away and the "thick" of Myrtle Beach 20-25 minutes. Sunset Beach is about a five minute drive from the place (during the off season). The condo is technically within Sunset but the beach area is a few minutes away. The waterway is within sight of the complex (though indirect). Owner Vicky was a prompt and helpful communicator before, during, and after our stay. Foremost, the unit was clean and comfortable. Perhaps at the cost of our own ability to rent it sometime in the future, we highly recommend a stay!
