Reserve this ideal beach & golf vacation spot in tranquil Sunset Beach. The two bedroom/two bath floor plan on third level has queen and double beds in each bedroom, full-sized sleeper sofa & 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious layout of the central area of the condo featuring an open kitchen, dining and great room. The raised counter bar and dining area has seating for six people. The kitchen is supplied with cookware and serve ware to make meal prep a breeze. Relax in the great room and take in the golf course view while watching TV or unwinding after a day of activity at the beach or a local golf course. There are two chairs with footrests, a rocker recliner and sofa with sleeper bed in the living room. A large screen TV (Roku/Smart TV for streaming services only using your own accounts) and ceiling fan allows for comfortable lounging. A small outdoor deck is accessible from the great room to take in the sea breeze and panoramic natural views of the Sea Trail Maples fairway and coastal woods. The front bedroom has queen and double beds, ceiling fan and an adjoining bath also accessible from the common area entry hall. There is a laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer in the front hall closet. The second bedroom is a cozy suite with queen and double beds, TV (Roku/Smart TV for streaming services using your own accounts) ceiling fan and private bath. There are large windows allowing for scenic golf course views. This bedroom also has a wet bar area with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and raised bar with seating for 2 people. There is extra cabinet storage space in this room for snacks and groceries. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Really large space and beautiful views. 2 separate doors of entry, with a room divider in-between the apartment style area. Set up was nice, kitchen had the basics (need a beer opener), and overall clean. We weren't certain if the stay included the pool (it doesn't, a card is needed for entry). The outside deck is really small and has lots of protruding nails. We had a great stay and it was the perfect location for the Sunset Beach race nearby.

Older condo...odd layout - nice to have separation w/ 2 small 1 bedroom/1 bath kitchen.Plastic shower curtain - should replace with one that can be washed.
