About this apartment rental
Whether you're looking to plan a family vacation, a relaxing retreat, or a few rounds of golf with your friends, the Club Villas at Sea Trail offer great accommodations for you and your group. Club Villas two-bedroom suites feature two queen beds in the villa and two queen beds in the mini suite. All bedrooms come with their own spacious bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings.

All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Relaxing in the sun and golf, vacation doesn’t get any better. Accommodations were clean, plenty of room and easily acquired. We will be back
