Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Location. place, cleanliness, amenities, within the place, along, with the checkin person, were all VERY good and we would stay there again. The draw backs were: The outside patio fan was not working on the enclose screened in porch and the family staying above us had small children and you could hear them run across their floor/our ceiling all the time we were in the condo, except for that it was a VERY GOOD stay!

The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again. Only a few issues, houses place restaurant being closed a lot during our stay and with being on the first floor the second floor should be carpeted so you don’t hear all the movement and the sliding glass door opening and closing!
But overall we loved everything and felt very at home on our stay. Will definitely recommend to others.

Wife and I in our 60's
The location of property is awesome, close to great food (Bills Seafood Shack) Golf of course, Sunset beach along with other easily traveled to spots. We did tour guided kayaking, visited and walked Bald Head island, Walked the beach to Kindred spirit mailbox and across into South Carolina. Will be back to do more.

Online reservation and check-in process was easy. The only thing is that there is a fee for early check-in, depending on how much earlier ou would like to check-in. I've stayed on the property, in a different unit, before and was able to check-in early. Luckily we were only about 45 minutes early and just rode around until check-in time. As for the unit, it needs to be updated with fresh paint and cleaned better. More towels would have been appreciated. But overall it was okay. I would stay on the property again, but in one of the newer units like we stayed in a couple of years ago.
