All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

We had an amazing trip!! Although walking uo to the front door of the unit, I noticed it was open!!! Went in and made sure everything was OK, told tge ladies in the club house whom seemed not to really care!
Condo was perfect for our family. We did leave behind one of my 5yr old twins cell phone and I've reached out 3xs by phone with no response!

This modern beach themed condo was just as advertised. It was spacious and clean and we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately it rained the entire time, but it was a great place to get away for a change in scenery. We will definitely visit again.
