Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Places was very nice and we had plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 people. Location was great.

Overall was a great stay. Only complaints were the beds. The mattresses were so uncomfortable! Did not get a great nights being on those beds. Also one room seemed to have bigger beds than the other room and the listing said both rooms would have queen size beds. Other than that location was great and the place was beautiful and quite.
Only reason I wouldn’t return to this location is because of the bedding.

The property was very spacious,clean,and cool .It was a short drive to restaurants and stores.The only problem we had was the smell when u first entered the property it smelled like hot trash other than that it was awesome.
