We are Walking distance from Waterway; Boat Launch less than 1 mile from home and Room for Boat/Trailer Parking in driveway(please respect there is no parking in front yard)!!

There are many quaint shops, grocery store, restaurants and ice cream/slushy shops within reach to our home: not to mention Calabash, NC just 2 miles away. Larger Ocean Isle Beach is within 4 miles and has its own atmosphere and opportunities for recreation(offering new park for kids).

Nice and quiet neighborhood. The front porch was the the best thing about this place. There was a musty smell and evidence of mildew and water damage .. had to empty the dehumidifier bucket twice a day! The furniture and carpet were smelly and dated. There were no doors on some of the rooms . Would not be staying here again
