The space
Like new third floor (no elevator) and very nice condo located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. 3 Championship golf courses located at the resort.
There are two large bedrooms-one Master with King bed (comfy mattress) and full private bath and second with full over full bunk and full bed. For infant/toddlers---our condo has a baby gate. Second additional living area with wet bar, mini fridge and sleeper sofa.
All the amenities of home with a full, well stocked kitchen, two separate living areas and a washer and dryer.
There are 4 flat panel televisions with a large screen in the living room, WIFI, YouTube TV (for local/cable channels) and a Nintendo 64 for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The condo has beautiful vinyl plank wood-grain flooring and cozy furniture throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air allowing for any level of comfort. The condo has laundry with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a large screened porch for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and scenic course views. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator, range, crock-pot, instant-pot and blender. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a private entry includes an additional living area with queen pullout sofa (new). This living area includes a sink and small refrigerator.

Our recent stay at “Coastal Retreat” was outstanding. The condo was exactly or even better than advertised. It was super clean and very nicely decorated with a coastal beach vibe. Our favorite area was the screened porch. The views of the golf course are beautiful. The wildlife is abundant in the area. We sat out there every evening we were there. Sunsets were incredible too. The kitchen is very well stocked. Better than any rental we have been to in the past. There are 3 golf courses on site and a many more around the area. We ate at several great restaurants within a few miles of the condo and shopping for food is only a mile or two away. The beach is as advertised. Literally 5 minutes or less away. Michelle is a great host and very responsive.I would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach or golf vacation Bill and Sue T

The condo was just as pictured. We stayed here for a softball tournament. There was an extra family room which provided a little escape
for the kids. The condo was very clean, in a super safe area and well appointed.
Less than a 5 minute drive to Sunset Beach. Close to restaurants and shops, grocery store, and the Ocean Isle Beach Park Sports complex. Easy drive to Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle too.
