**Seeking mid-term rental guest**, 3-6+ months (preference is 6 months) who is either building a home, Snowbird seasonal rental or traveling medical or other professional beginning approx. Nov. 1 (flexible start date. Will consider extending past 6 mos. for the right situation; up to a 12-month lease will be considered. All utilities are included: Wifi, Electric, Water/Sewer.

King bed in large primary suite, 2 queen beds in large second suite, and queen bed in 3rd bedroom. Each Bedroom has access to its own full bathroom. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably, or perfect for a golf foursome for each person to have their own large bed, or a beach getaway with multiple pools and amenities to enjoy.
