This recently updated 4 bedroom, 2 bath, pet friendly ( with a non- refundable pet fee) beach house that sleeps 9 is located on beautiful Sunset Beach Island. It is a short walking distance to the beach approximately 1100 ft. You will enjoy a screened in porch with ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. Fenced back yard perfect for pets. Rooms have TV's and ceiling fans. Washer, dryer and outside shower for your convenience. Excellent property. House did have a mothball odor, and one of the toilets had some issues flushing but the house was clean and property owner was so easy to work with! Would absolutely rent it again!

this property was perfect for our group. Good parking, very clean, well stocked, new and immaculate bathrooms. The fenced backyard for the dog worked so well. It was a 5 min walk to the beach access. Sunset Beach is one of the nicest, cleanest beaches it has been my privilege to enjoy.Our hostess, Renee, was helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thanks--Ann P

House was good and clean! Lamp in front bedroom on left did not work. Had to fix commode which was no big deal, communicated that with host.
