Welcome to the Golden Villa located in the picturesque Sea Trail community of Sunset Beach, North Carolina. This charming 3rd-floor villa offers the perfect retreat to unwind.
A 2-minute drive to the beach & we provide beach essentials for a perfect day by the ocean.
For added convenience, guests can access gated beach parking and pools ensuring an stress-free vacation via owner amenity cards. Please note: cards are available at the owner's discretion and require a refundable deposit. Our cozy 2-bedroom condo features a queen bed in one room and two full-size beds in the other, each with its own full bathroom. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer in the unit.
The fully stocked kitchen includes essentials like a teapot, coffee maker, toaster, and more, making meal prep a breeze.
Step outside to our private deck, where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views of the 9th hole of Maples Golf Course. Located on the third floor, our unit offers great views and privacy, though please note there is no elevator in the building.
Before booking, please inquire about amenities outside the condo. Use of owner cards are not apart of the property and are at our discretion.
While we hope for sunny days, we’ve stocked the unit with fun games and children's books for rainy day entertainment. We’ve also added baby-proofing items and a booster seat to make family stays more enjoyable and stress-free.
Towels and linens are fresh and provided for your stay. Some toilet paper and paper towel is provided as well. Depending on the duration of your stay, you may need to get additional toilet paper/paper towel.
The TVs are smart TVs, so feel free to log into any apps you may use to watch your favorite shows. Also remember to log out before you leave so no one can free-load on your subscription.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and comfortable, and very cute. Well-appointed with household amenities, towels, cookware, and games for rainy days. There are beach umbrellas and sand toys provided -- nice touch. We didn't get to try them due to weather, but appreciate they were available. We'd happily stay here again.
