Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. Many resort amenities are open and operational, including the North Outdoor Heated Pool, Indoor Heated Pool, hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, and beach access. Portions of the exterior and common areas remain under repair.
Seawall construction is currently underway and may result in daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, temporary work areas, or changes to beach-access routes. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary.
