Daytona Beach Resort is an older oceanfront property undergoing ongoing restoration and improvements following hurricane damage sustained in 2022.

• Portions of the exterior, pool decks, and common areas remain under repair

• The South Outdoor Pool and Kiddie Pool are closed and may be visible from the condo's balcony

• Seawall and restoration work may involve daytime construction noise, dust, equipment, and temporary work areas

• Beach access remains available, although the route may change or require a longer walk around construction areas

• The parking garage remains closed, and designated guest parking may require a longer walk to the condo

• Construction activity and schedules may vary



The privately managed condo itself is clean, updated, comfortable, and fully operational. Guests regularly compliment its beautiful oceanfront views, spacious layout, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen.
