Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities have reopened, portions of the exterior, pool decks, and common areas remain under repair.

• Seawall construction is ongoing and may create daytime noise, dust, and equipment activity

• Construction activity is primarily concentrated on the south side of the property

• Some exterior areas may have temporary barriers or restricted access

• The south pool, kiddie pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, and parking garage remain closed

• Construction schedules and activity levels may change without notice

• The condo itself remains fully operational and available for guests

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment are not supplied. Occasionally, previous guests may leave items behind, but their availability or condition cannot be guaranteed. Please plan to bring or rent any beach equipment you may need.
