Daytona Beach Resort continues its restoration following the 2022 hurricanes. While many amenities have reopened, portions of the property remain under repair as improvements continue.
Guests should expect occasional construction activity, including possible daytime noise, dust, equipment, or temporary work areas. Seawall restoration is currently underway, with most activity concentrated near the south side of the property. Construction schedules may vary throughout your stay.
Despite the ongoing improvements, our condo remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational. Guests continue to return for the spectacular ocean views, private balcony, spacious accommodations, direct beach access, and outstanding value. Could have been more updated. PoolWas advertised as heated, but no heat. A lot of construction not completed. No cold water in shower, plus bathtub would not drain. Condo desk personnel was rude upon our departure.

Renata was a very good host. The property was well managed during Bike Week 2026. The unit, beds, kitchen were all in tip top shape with plenty of amenities.My only knock would be the cable tv was not easy to navigate which is not a problem Renata created. Thanks for a great visit for my 2 sons and I.

The view was great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The outside of the property was in need of some paint and updates, but it did not affect the overall stay.
