Full disclosure, although the Resort is in somewhat disrepair, William Mitchell's excellent pre-payment email was very clear about what was and wasn't working On the RESORT property. The room was exactly as pictured, my kids took the beds and my girlfriend and I shared the pullout, which was hands down the comfiest sofabed either of us have ever been on, by miles! See photo if allowed, I'll post a picture from my balcony. As long as your expectations are in the right place (ie, this is a full blue-collar establishment) don't expect bells and whistles, but the pool is nice, the beach is close, and the water is lovely!

Great place to stay! Location was amazing. Host was friendly and communication was excellent and very detailed. We will definitely book again next time we visit Florida.

The room was clean and beautifully set up. we were set with extra towels and blankets and kitchen utensils I didn't think I would need them until I got there. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and our balcony was also nicely set up for multiple guests. My host gave me thorough instructions from start to end on my stay and was helpful with any questions and concerns I had and responded in a timely manner every time.

Guest was great. But cleanliness of the place could be ALOT better. Location was great for the beach.
