Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction. Guests should expect that some exterior and common areas of the resort may show signs of ongoing work during their stay.
⚠️ Seawall construction is currently ongoing at the resort and may create daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary throughout the project.
Our condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational, and many guests continue to enjoy the beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and relaxing beachfront atmosphere while the resort continues its rebuilding efforts.

We had an excellent stay at this Daytona property! We originally booked for a classic beach vacation but loved that we could easily squeeze in a day trip to the Orlando theme parks—the drive was very reasonable. The property itself is beautifully maintained and exactly as pictured, with a super short walking distance to the sand. The kids had a blast, and the home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and well provided with things . My 3 complaints would be : the balcony is so small but managed to sit on it, the air conditioning was very loud and finally what ever iron things you have beds prompted up on they stick out and almost busted my butt tripping on them while walking around bed . Might want to have them checked on and wish the renovations had been finished limited areas to get on beach TY

Excellent accommodations! The rooms were spotless and the facilities were very well kept. Our son was on military leave and he and his wife were in the unit directly under ours and his room was equally clean. We stayed for 8 nights and I felt very safe and comfortable, not only because of the room, but the owners made us feel so welcome with excellent hospitality and communication. I will be honest, the boardwalk just down the street has a lot of things to offer, but if you want noise, confusion and about a million people around you, then that’s where you should go. This place was quiet, had very good access to pools, beach, shopping, parking, and easy in and out!!! I’ve been at the other places and this resort is the place to book!!

Room was nice, but building is bad…. Run down and tired. Common spaces reeked of mildew and smoke. Parking inadequate and had to park at the Hilton next door!
