⚠️ **IMPORTANT RESORT RESTORATION INFORMATION — UPDATED OCTOBER 2026**

Daytona Beach Resort continues restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities have reopened, portions of the property remain under repair.



We want guests to know what to expect before booking so there are no surprises upon arrival.

• The south outdoor pools and surrounding deck remain closed for restoration.

• The closed south pool area is visible below the condo's private oceanfront balcony. Beautiful Atlantic views remain beyond the pool deck.

• The parking garage is closed, and designated guest parking may require a longer walk to the condo.

• Beach access is available through the designated resort route rather than directly through the closed south pool deck.

• Some common areas reflect the age of the building and ongoing hurricane restoration.

• Construction activity, noise, dust, equipment, or temporary work areas may occasionally be present during daytime hours.

• The resort restaurant and Tiki Bar remain closed.

The condo itself provides a clean, comfortable, well-equipped oceanfront retreat, while the resort continues its improvements.
