About this apartment rental
Cozy street facing room with King sized bed and sleeper sofa. Located in a beachside, laid-back resort that is 2.9 miles north of the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Bandshell and 6 miles from Riviera Country Club golf course, and 8 miles from the Daytona International airport.
**Update** WE HAVE 1 HEATED OUTDOOR POOL, INDOOR POOL, 2 HOT TUBS, FITNESS CENTER AND SAUNA AVAILABLE AS WELL AS BEACH ACCESS
We are repairing our seawall that was damaged by previous hurricanes and the kiddie pool and tiki bar are closed off
Resort is directly across from a large shopping plaza w/ Dollar Tree, grocery store, beach shops, ice cream parlor, restaurants & retail shops.
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.
Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!
New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!
If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.
The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Went to the Rockville festival and stayed here it was very nice. Had a problem with the code when we first got in but the host immediately gave me a code for the key.

Great location and nice room. King size bed sleep amazing. Pools are closed only because hurricanes took out almost all pools down the beach. Not owner's fault.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay only minutes away from everywhere. I would give the place and owner 10 stars if available.
