Located on the 8th. floor, balcony with City and Ocean Views, Across from Bel Air Shopping Mall: Restaurants, Super Market, Walgreen, Dollar Tree, Marshall, Pizza, and more. On site pay laundry. Garage, Tiki Bar not open repairs from hurricane. Beach access around building. Parking at front parking lot, South lot & across the street.

Maria was a wonderful host. The beachfront pool deck and bar were closed due to damage from Hurricane Ian; however, there are beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach. It was a great place to stay while we were in Daytona Beach for Welcome to Rockville.

Enjoyed our weekend stay. Location was great, Publix located directly across the street which was very convenient. Condo itself was clean and spacious, beds were super comfy. Communication with Maria was good as well. The pool and parking garage are not accessible at the moment, however, Maria was very forthcoming in making us aware. Even though the parking garage is not accessible at the moment parking was not an issue. The condo was exactly what we needed for the weekend.

My entire stay was amazing and Maria was a joy to speak with. She made the process very easy and answered all questions I had. Will stay at this property again when I’m back in the area! Highly recommended!
