Please note that Owner services desk closes at 7:00 PM. If you arrive after 6:30 PM, you may need to check in at the front desk, and the hotel will charge $75 late check in fee to your account at checkout.
Also, please note that a credit card is required to check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day. if no charges are made to the suite during your stay, the full amount will be credited back to your card after check out.

Typically a 3–4 night minimum, but I’m happy to consider shorter stays depending on availability—just send me a message!

The view from the apartment and resort were beautiful! However there were broken and worn parts of the suite-the closet door was broken, there was a leak in the mini fridge (although it was working despite the leak), the bathtub was a little dirty and broken, the carbon monixide detector was broken. All in all, we had a beautiful stay as everything was functional. The owner offered owner can improve on the cleanliness though-the bathtub was worn and broken

We had a great stay at Fontainebleau. It is our favorite place to stay in Miami. We love the property and its amenities. We highly recommend.

Host was great. Hotel itself great. You’ll need about 2000 more than what the stay says you’ll need as far as incidentals and cleaning the cleaning fee with taxes is 195 not 155. It’s loud, there is no quiet hour so hard with kids. Not an overly updated suite. Bed was comfy, couch pull out was comfy. Very expensive restaurants and alcohol to be expected with resort prices. Overall would stay again.
