Someone met me to give me the keys. They seemed pretty responsive through the booking.com app via the emails.
It was kind of confusing. They sort of explain in a pile of emails they send you before you arrive that you need to get the keys from the "team". You can't get them at the hotel front desk, and so although you are staying at the hotel, you somehow aren't really a hotel guest. No room service daily, unless you want to pay extra, I'm not sure who or how you even get some more towels.

The owners suites were very quiet compared to the hotel side. That’s what we preferred.

The spacious studio
Staff was not accommodating. Never answered phones. Would hang up. I felt that because I was not part of Hotel I was unimportant to them.
