    Booking through this app was problematic. Lots of information that was not transparent at the time of booking, or comminicated upon arrival. A private owner had to be called to authorize check-in. Extra charges for checking in after 8pm. Coffee maker and fridge/freezer didn’t work, no linens for the pullout bed,. It was very difficult to contact anyone who could help, and even when I could get in contact, they were not able to deal with the issues. The front desk at the hotel could not help, because the booking was through a separate service/private owner. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.

    I unfortunately cannot recommend this stay. This is an owner-owned condo. What they don't disclose anywhere is that the hotel will charge you $130 housekeeping on the way out. This fee should be disclosed up front. It was nowhere on anything from Agoda. Buyer beware.
