    Upon arrival (there are no hotel staff on site) I found a room with no sheets on the bed, garbage in the cans, dirt and hair on the floors, buckets of cleaning supplies on the counter and dirty dishes. There were no other rooms at the hotel, so I had to find another hotel. After several weeks of trying, the hotel still will not refund my money. (And Agoda has been no help.) Now I have to go to the credit card company. I had stayed here before and it was acceptable, but this is obviously not. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
