Hotel was in good location within walking distance to the beach. Room was clean and had mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, glassware and plates. They also provide 2 beach chairs on the beach. The only thing that doesn’t make sense is the fact that you need to clean your dishes before you checkout however they don’t provide any dishwashing liquid and drying off cloth. Wouldn’t recommend booking the city bus and boat tour through them as the company they recommend is terrible.

Reception staff are only on during limited hours, generally after 10am and gone by 5pm. They are very accommodating when you do get to see them though. You will be given a 4 digit keycode to gain access to hotel and room. When you leave you will receive an email to confirm your departure so that cleaners can access room. Although check-in time is listed as afternoon they are happy to check you in early (morning) provided that they have a room available. I was lucky enough to be checked in at 10.30am which was amazing. They will also store your bags but be sure to confirm that someone will be at the desk when you want to access your bags as staff disappear early and cannot be contacted. There is a free blue tourist bus that does a loop of both South Beach and North Beach and the stop is right outside this hotel. This hotel is in a great location only steps away from the main shopping street with supermarket, McDonalds and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It is a short walk to the famous Espanola Way and the famous South Beach. The room was surprisingly nice. As we were a party of 3 we booked a room with two queen beds. The room was spacious and had a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, kettle and the huge recently updated bathroom was amazing. The a/c worked well but was too noisy to leave on all night. I recommend this hotel as it is a good price in a good location.
