I had a lovely stay here. The staff were so nice and helpful--there is always someone there at the front desk. The room was huge--the size of a large studio apartment, with kitchen basics, and cool decor. They have nice towels for the room and supply beach towels. Sheets were clean but a little pilled. It was quiet and comfortable. Location is great.

The studios are big, but air conditioning is extremely loud and it’s impossibile to keep it on at night. The bed was uneven, soft on one side and firmer on the other, the frame was wonky. Chest of drawers smelled musty and all my clothes smelled like mould when I came back. Plenty of long human hair on the floor (I am bald, so surely not mine!); cleaners should wear hair nets. The freezer compartment in the fridge had no doors and all my food got frozen overnight. A lizard was living in the built-in wardrobe. The safe did not work and finally they had to replace it. The hotel has literally no lobby apart from 2 armchairs in the reception area. The only positive note was the staff constantly trying their best to accommodate guests and be cooperative, but it’s not easy for them to keep customers happy with such a run-down place. They deserve a better hotel.
