Across the street from The Jungle Room w/ LOUD music until 2am. Also was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby each night I was there. Harmless but not the luxury experience I was expecting. There was central A/C, a standing a/c unit (piped through the window) PLUS another air circulator... challenging to balance them all without having air blowing directly on you. Street parking is all $4.50+/hour anywhere nearby. I was told that there was plenty of free street parking! I had to search for the phone number of someone upon arrival in order to get the codes to enter both the lobby and the room itself. The building is "under construction" so looks dilapidated from the front and you have to enter the side door. Overall - so unsavory things I was certainly not antipating!!
