All is good …..but when I was checked in on dated 23rd June at your property you have to deposit 100 US dollar as a security but till now I have not received this amount kindly return it shortly thank you

Always i stay at this hostel in south beach, close to everything, nice a clean and pool is great!

I just stayed for one night, practically no way to reach the front desk through phone. Although the check-in desk was staffed 24/7, its services were limited to checking guests in and out. There was a lack of clear signage directing guests to the dorm rooms. However, the provision of towels was a welcome amenity. It's quite a challenge to find your bed among the 60 to 80 available; I'm unsure of the exact number. Despite this, it was still a pleasant stay. They should increase the frequency of emptying the bins in the restrooms because of the high number of users. If they prefer guests not to dispose of paper in the toilets, they need to address this. The bins were overflowing and the floor was in poor condition during my visit. Also, the filter for the filtered water in the kitchen is broken. There's an additional $11 fee here. I thought I had already been charged $11 as a "surcharge" on Agoda, and it said all taxes were included. I guess this is a different hidden fee.
