The location is very comfortable for both commuting to Miami and enjoying Miami-beach. The personnel was quit helpful and friendly. Easily found and accessible. It’s rather comfortable that beach towels are provided.
1) The room looked dark and not cosy, not like in the pictures; the windows were blocked and dirty, overlooking the wall of another building, and wouldn’t open.
2) The air conditioner worked so intensively that the temperature in the room was, probably, 5-7 degrees Celsius lower than in the corridor ((( We had to ask the guys at the front office to put it into automatic mode every evening ((( It was really cold, I had to sleep with my hoody and socks on.
3) During 4 days of our stay at the hotel, we couldn’t find any traces of the company providing beach chairs ((( Although the guys at the reception were recommending this company.

On one occasion someone opened my room door but closed it when I said something. No elevator, desk help is not all the time so pack light or get a hernia.

Great location on Collins, close to everything. Nice room, good size and very clean.
AirCon was a bit noisy, but I quite like the white noise!

Great location, easy check in
Our room was dated and a bit dirty. The shower head wasn't connected properly, so if you turned the shower pressure past a certain point, it sprayed water all over the ceiling, walls and light switch. The floor was also quite dirty, it was unpleasant to walk around without shoes or socks.
Not the fault of the hotel, but we were on the ground floor and were regularly woken in the night by people routing through the bins.
Only ever one person on reception so at times, had to wait over 20 minutes to speak to someone.
