The location was perfect! Basically on the beach, had a heap of food and shops places nearby, and the free beach trolley around south beach stop was only a 2 minute walk away. The room was really nice and such good value for money. The tour company downstairs offered really good trip options, our group went to Key West for the day and had one of the best days there. I would recommend staying here if you are alright with traveling on a budget but still wanting something nice.

The street outside was definitely busy all the time and I saw other reviews saying it was loud but to be honest we barely noticed it. There was an unusual smell a lot of the time within the building but in our rooms it was fine. When we arrived we didn’t have any toilet paper either. Other than that everything was perfect, I would stay here again.

Air conditioner didn’t cool down the room as much as I would have liked but we were ok.

Location was great, front desk was friendly and accommodating, AC worked well and was life-saving!

Upon check-in, the cleaning staff person was inside when I tried to open my door (a communication mishap between the front desk and staff). This wasn't the best start to my stay. The room wasn't well-cleaned (floors & bathroom). I could have done a better job and found myself sweeping with a broom that was filthy and filled with hair and dirt, which was apparently included with the room for use.
